Hope you are doing well. My name is Julie Brockman, and I am a Hospital Development Representative with IndeVets. I thought I might share information about IndeVets in case your hospital is looking for a doctor and thought we might be able to support you. Many of our partnering hospitals use our doctors to fill reoccurring shifts while they look for a full-time associate, or to cover traditional relief such as sick/maternity leave etc. Please find attached a profile on our doctors.    

We help hospitals with long- and short-term coverage. We currently have over 200 doctors in 32 states and are growing every day. There is no fee or commitment to partner with us-you are only charged when an IndeVets picks up a shift at your hospital. You can post as many or as little shifts as you need coverage. Typically shifts that are posted 6-8 weeks in advance have the best chance of coverage.  

Here’s a little more about our company and how we operate:

• IndeVets is veterinarian owned and run.
• Our staff doctors are deeply vetted and interviewed by the two veterinarians on our leadership team (Dr. Brunetti & Dr. Heller).
• They are background checked, drug screened, given clinical and personality assessments before being hired.
• Our doctors are highly competent clinicians who produce revenue while having a good relationship with your staff and clients.
• The way we work- You post open shifts on our website; our doctors fill the shift as an extension of your veterinary team.
• You pay Inde-Vets, and we take care of the rest. (No HR hassle with 1099, payroll taxes etc..)
• We bill every two weeks only for the hours worked and there are no additional associated fees for working with IndeVets.
